Expansion

Bibles to the Homeless has received a generous donation of Bibles from some missionaries to Juarez, and many people at Providence Presbyterian Church are interested in donating Bibles to our ministry as well. After collecting those Bibles, I believe we will have enough to expand into the Midland/Odessa area, and hopefully find someone in the Midland/Odessa area to help build the ministry there.

In Lubbock, our partner homeless ministries are overstocked with Bibles (praise the LORD!)
Right now, we are working on contacting Campus Ministries at Texas Tech University to give college students the opportunity to learn how to evangelize to a different culture and to learn how to evangelize better. After this, I will be contacting several Lubbock churches to hopefully get more Lubbockites interested and involved with Bibles to the Homeless. Hopefully, we'll get enough people to lead some Bible studies on the Gospel of John.
In addition, I hope to be seeking out a Board of Directors soon to give me counsel as well as work on the nonprofit process and the tax-exemption process.
Lastly, I will be looking for a successor in the ministry who is eager and willing to help in case I am not in Lubbock forever. Please pray for this person.
